Dr. Rose Lepien, a native of Germany, is the owner and Senior Doctor at Aaragon Chiropractic Clinic in Lawton, Oklahoma with more than 48 years of experience applying the Parker Principles, Philosophies, and Practice management strategies on a daily basis in her practice. She offers a wealth of experience and knowledge relating to issues of employment, staff management, associate Doctors, patient treatment and case management, as well as marketing and advertising.

She is a 1991 Graduate of Parker University. She has journeyed the path as a chiropractic assistant, office manager, student, and Doctor of Chiropractic. She was a wife of a Chiropractor, mother of three, a grandmother of two Parker University graduates, and a successful Doctor for 30 years.

Dr. Lepien has been very active in leadership roles and speaking engagements with Parker University, on the Board of Trustees, Parkers Seminars, WCWC, LCW, and in her local community. She has published and co-written several books.
