Lori Morgan is the founder of Chiropractic Assistants For Life and has worked in the health-care field as a Chiropractic Consultant and Chiropractic Assistant Coach since April 2001. Before that, she worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for 15 years in a multi doctor high volume practice as the Team Leader where she developed the skills and background needed to be a successful Coach.

Lori’s focus for the past 24 years has been on Team Development. Having a successful team around you no matter what business you are in is must for your success. Lori’s goal is to help all Chiropractic Assistants realize their true potential and their importance in a successful business model no matter their position in the office. She works to build their personal confidence and become true Advocates for Chiropractic. She understands to do so your team must be trained in scripts, systems and procedures. They must understand and truly embrace Chiropractic Philosophy because with that understanding and confidence CA’s can truly help to build a successful Practice.
