James Demetrious

James Demetrious, DC, DABCO, is a nationally distinguished Chiropractic Orthopedist and respected Fellow of the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. He is a clinician, educator, author, and editor.

Dr. Demetrious teaches advanced post-graduate continuing education throughout the United States. His coursework has been accredited by the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists and the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. He is a proud member of the NCMIC Speakers’ Bureau. He owns and operates the company PostGradDC and offers advanced live and online CE.

Dr. Demetrious has published many peer-reviewed journal papers related to differential diagnosis. Notably, Dr. Demetrious is recognized for his novel discovery related to the role of fluoroquinolone antibiotics as a causative factor of cervical artery dissections (CAD) and stroke. He is recognized internationally as an expert related to CAD.

Dr. Demetrious serves as an editorial reviewer on behalf of the journals: Spine, Annals of Internal Medicine, and Clinical Anatomy.

Dr. Demetrious has continually cared for patients since 1986.
