Deana has been in dentistry for over 35 years, most of which as an office manager. She is a lifetime member earned her Fellowship in the American Association of Dental Office Management-AADOM.  

In addition, she is the founding board member of the local DFW chapter of AADOM. Deana has been a keynote speaker, spoken at many conferences across the country including Chicago Midwinter, the American Dental Association’s SmileCon, and more. 

She has been published in multiple dental periodicals, has been a guest on numerous podcasts over the years & was appointed as the Practice Administrative Education Advisor to the American Dental Association to revamp their educational platform and national conference rebranding.  An industry recognized KOL and “cheerleader” for dentistry, Deana continues to use her voice and reputation to serve dentistry by instilling wisdom, knowledge, and good vibes. Her passion is to create positive, cohesive teams, forward and proactive thinkers, sparking creativity and leadership mindsets in every doctor team with a servant’s heart.
