John Floyd is a seasoned trial lawyer, having tried over 100 jury cases to verdict since 1990. The majority of his trials involve the defense of healthcare professionals and business/corporate entities. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and certified by the National Board of Civil Trial Advocacy and The American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, which is board-certified in medical malpractice. He has represented clients in a variety of cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, civil conspiracy, intellectual property, partnership dissolution, and personal injury. Additionally, Mr. Floyd represents healthcare professionals of all specialties before state health boards and administrative agencies in complaints against their licenses. Although the firm is based in Nashville, Mr. Floyd’s practice encompasses the representation of various clients throughout the United States.
Mr. Floyd is revered by both colleagues and clients for his unwavering work ethic, unparalleled attention to detail, and indelible presence in the courtroom. Because of his unique skills as a trial lawyer, Mr. Floyd is frequently retained to handle trials that involve catastrophic injury and high potential damages throughout the United States. He is presently admitted to practice pro hac vice in nineteen states where he is lead counsel in the representation of chiropractic physicians.
His vast trial experience allows him to quickly evaluate cases and develop an appropriate trial strategy. His greatest motivation is going to bat for someone he believes in and takes great pride in representing them before a jury.

Bag Policy:
Oversized bags are not permitted, including backpacks, large purses, shopping bags, parcels and luggage.
Small purses/clutches are permitted (maximum 12in x 12in x 6in).
Fanny packs are permitted if they fit within the size limited notated above.

Management reserved the right to deny entry to any item deemed unsafe or non-compliant with this policy.

The following items are strictly prohibited:
Weapons, controlled substances, outside food & beverage, vitamins, supplements, over the counter medications, prescription medications, Go-Pros, wearable technology (i.e. Meta glasses, etc), selfie sticks, any items that may be mistaken for a prohibited item. Cigar smoking is prohibited inside the nightclub.
